Support Pricing
Unlimited phone support is available for TURBO-Lease if you have a paid current software update and support agreement. Support hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm(MST). Please call (303) 986-1969.
Unlimited phone support is included for 90 days after purchase. An annual software update and support agreement is available for purchase after this time.
A software update and support agreement offers two benefits. Unlimited technical phone support and user training is available to all users. New version releases are provided as developed.
Users must have a paid current agreement to obtain phone support and or training. Any phone support request made without a current support agreement will be billed at $90 per incident. If a support agreement is not purchased, TURBO-Lease may be upgraded as versions are released. Please see the Upgrade Pricing tab.
Please Note: It is much more affordable to keep a software update and support agreement paid current than to continually purchase upgrades.
